WELCOME TO ROCK LILY
Rock Lily is a sustainably managed 100-acre bush block property located in Brogo on the fringes of the Wadbilliga National Park. This remote and pristine wilderness has seen little interaction with post-European settlement humans.
We’re in the Bega Valley, part of the Sapphire Coast region in southern New South Wales.
Our bush retreat includes a 1-bedroom mud-brick cottage suited to couples wanting to get away from the rush of the city and a larger mud-brick cottage with room for 6 people whether that’s adventurers, a girls’ weekend away, or a family.
Both cottages are self-catering with breakfast hampers supplied by your hosts.
PLACE. PEOPLE. TRADITION.
The rock lily (also rock orchid) — Dendrobium speciosum — is native to the area and can be found on sheltered rock outcrops across the property. It flowers from August to October.
We are located on the unceded lands of the Djiringanj people of the Yuin nation, who believe that Gulaga mountain to our north is the heart of their culture and dreaming.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which we live, and pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging. We acknowledge and respect their continuing culture and their contribution to this region’s life.
